Hi Shantel:)Well....not too great. I am injured and just backing off from BFL right now. My shoulder is better but i hurt the knee doing sprints.So....it's aqua running, elliptical and cycle for 2 weeks:(Pretty sure I was overtraining anyway. Body is speaking and I'm trying to listen.
I'll bet you still look pretty damned good when you're cranky!
