This morning Crossfit class should have come with a tank of oxygen. It was VERY humid which made breathing harder....I got a little dizzy.
The WOD
21 Pull-ups
20 DB Deadlift 35lbs
19 Box Jump
20 Pull-up
18 DB Deadlift
so on and so forth....til you reach 1
