Just a quick note before I start the day:) Got up at 5am and ran 30 min of HIIT. Chowed on Fiber One, Egg whites, protein powder and some fresh coconut/cherries. YUM!
I'm off to coffee up and then take my Crossfit class. Not sure what today holds but there are LOTS of options, as always. I leave you with another photo from 3 weeks ago...I like this one. Can you tell I have been TRYING to build my back..? My waist looks so tiny in this shot...lol
