My boss remembered my birthday and gave me candles...very nice:)
Last night I helped two good friends and it felt good, it felt right. Helping people is something I enjoy doing so here is hoping I'm always able to do this.
It's FRIDAY!!!!!
Tonight is my legs workout. Eating before my workouts has increased my strength for sure. Amazing concept. Tonight I might go sing karaoke with Jeff. It's been FOREVER since I sang.
